After two years and countless hours of reading labels and ingredients of hundreds of products in Coles, Woolworths and Harris Farm I created the list I wished I had back then to help me have a list of clean products that support my healthy lifestyle.
I created this list so no one else had to read labels for hours, be fooled by advertisers, pay more for bad quality products when there was a cheaper and healthier alternative or miss out on amazing products I didn’t know existed.
If I had to start all over again and wanted to change my diet to a healthier one for the first time, this list would have been invaluable for me, I hope it is helpful for you.This list only contains products from Coles and Harris Farm markets because that’s where we buy the most, but consider that some of the products on this list can be found in Woolworths too.
